THE LEX-AIRE PRO-SERIES Spray Gun comes
with the #4 fluid nozzle which is desired for most industrial finish applications.
However, other combinations may be required for very fine finish work, or when spraying
heavier materials.
FLUID NOZZLE AND NEEDLE Choose
the fluid nozzle and needle by determining the application spread you want and the
appropriate fluid viscosity. The nozzle and needle must be the same size.
AIR CAP SELECTION The use of
an air cap in one size larger than that of the fluid nozzle tends to eliminate mist, while
the use of a smaller size air cap produces a finer finish, but can increase mist.
